6 What determines how much effort is spent? Self-discipline Self-discipline is a greater predictor of academic success In order to maximize achievement, you have to increase self-discipline This requires GRIT

Are you compassionate? Do you treat people with consideration and respect if they are open with you? What can you do to show you care?
