Reports to the Prime Minister’s Office Has a multisectoral Council involving all stakeholders in HIV response Coordination Forums supported for information sharing, joint planning and monitoring response Take The Lead. 7 Proposed changes to AIDS response governance (recently undertaken or planned) Joint review on the HIV/AIDS management in Swaziland (NASA, Mapping tool) Board (Council) inducted to use a business based management model (King three) Developing an investment case for the AIDS components including response management. HIV/AIDS Response management key priority in the new National Strategy Review all the coordination structures NERCHA functions reviewed to be inline with New Strategy

8 Approach and rationale for changes Drafting a board paper to motivate the review of NAC. Clear TOR and buy in by Minister, Council, Staff and Partners independent reviewers supported by UNDP outcome (deliverables): -role of NERCHA in management of the Strategic plan (post 2015).
