10. Big Bang Theory Edwin Hubble- In the 1920s, he began researching galaxies. He discovered that the galaxies beyond ours (the Milky Way) were moving further away as time passed. Conclusion: The whole universe must be expanding!

11. Big Bang Theory States that the Universe began with a very condense, very hot spot. 12 to 15 billion years ago all the contents of the universe gathered together under extreme pressure, temperature, and density in a very tiny spot. Then this spot began to expand rapidly.
