12. f Beam Instrumentation Department 11 Priorities vs. Assignments Priorities and current assignment of manpower are not necessarily self-consistent –due to the skill mix and operational maintenance responsibilites of individuals within the Department. Some projects are not being worked on at the level of effort that task prioritization would indicate appropriate. –That's why you might judge some things in above list as not properly prioritized; they just end up being high priority for persons less well qualified for other things. – Sad but true.
