3. www.ncsu.edu/human_resources/benefits/ Web Leave System Updates Data Clean-up Reminder 1.Identify employees who remain in the web leave system, but no longer earn leave 2.Print the 2012 Monthly Breakdown Report for reference 3.Work in the current year (2012), not in the year in which the EE terminated or became ineligible 4.Post leave transaction to decrease the number of annual, sick and bonus leave balances (from the Monthly Breakdown Report) 5.Enter the EE’s status and effective date in the Comments field 6.Go to Modify Employee Database, select the EE and click on “Delete” to remove from the Web Leave System 7.Review the final Monthly Breakdown Report for zero balances
