1. UNITS OF CURRICULUM STUDY THEATER DEPT Building a solid foundation through live performance BibleTheater and Academy of the Arts provides students with a solid base in acting, drama, dance, directing, technical theater and design, history, literature and practical application of the Bible [the Word of God]. Students are prepared for post-graduate ministerial opportunities to include internships, professional theater and participation in the arts in their communities. MUSIC DEPT Discover the Life of Music Programs The music program at BibleTheater and Academy of the Arts, gives students an opportunity for broad study in music, as well as a concentration in an area of particular interest, including vocal and instrumental performance studies, gospel and hip hop, conducting, studio teaching, composi-tion and arranging, media production, audio production. Students graduating with a music degree from Western Oregon University can pursue graduate degrees in music, pursue careers in the music industry, or seek teacher certification DANCE DEPT Dance as an art form Students of Dance at BibleTheater and Academy of the Arts have opportunities for ministry in plays, musicals, community and student projects. Students also have opportunities to learn and evangelize in collaboration with students and faculty from the other locations around the world. Additional performance and choreographic opportunities include student choreography for both local and international productions, repertory ensemble performances and annual dance concert senior thesis projects.

2. Senior student artists are invited to choreograph, offer workshops, performances throughout the year internationally and at each campus community, and the general public. ART DEPTMENT Art Studio & Design Visual Communication The Art Department’s course of study helps students develop creative problem- solving processes while mastering key principles and skills in art and design. Emphasizing both theory and practice, the program begins with foundations in costuming, theater make-up, design, drawing, and art history. Junior and Senior levels will include Workshops in Printmaking, Painting, Graphic Design, Interactive Media, and Video.

3. EXIT REQUIREMENTS Status of Reward Certificates are given during the time of an Award Ceremony, or will be held in Student Services office until picked up by the student within 60 days [2 month] XXX The Office of Student Services will check the account balance for each student who has submitted application for graduation: if you owe the School for any charges, fees, or tuition without [prior] dismissal of that fee, a hold will be placed on your final grades and official transcript until your balance is paid in full. The OSS cannot forward your Exit Materials until your balance is made current in the currency of that Nation. All graduation diplomas will be mailed to the address given when you applied to the school. If you have had any change of permanent mailing address, please contact the Registrar’s Office to change you address:Phone International diplomas will be mailed to the students last known address unless otherwise changed with the Registrar. Diplomas may be mailed out from 8 to 12 weeks from graduation.
