What new roles do you think they started to take on? Remember if you turn in your project by Thursday you can receive extra credit on a project grade. Women’s Rights During the Progressive Era, women became leaders in reform movements and won the right to vote (suffrage). New roles for women Families became smaller, people had less children New products and inventions reduced some of the work of homemaking Women took jobs outside the home.
