Training optimization analysis with FEMA – Originated at joint meeting with IMT WG and OWDC (Houston, January 2011) – Contract thru FEMA EMI – Purpose to reduce duplication efforts between EMI and NWCG on core competencies (baseline) – Goal for NWCG to focus on discipline-specific wildfire knowledge and skills (endorsement)
