Works underneath ‘data management’ layer of logistical networking schemes. Allows quick diagnosis of TCP anomalies via access to TCP statistics. Autotuned, fast, safe TCP for data transfers.

Other abstractions include the group, variable, and connection. Includes taking snapshots and generating log files
