2 RUM AND PECAN PIE  Surveyed 400 people  Asked them  Overall Preference  Purchase Intent  Overall Appearance  Overall Taste  Glazed Pecan Topping Taste  Rum and Pecan Filling Taste  Vanilla Crust Taste  Broken down into Total Respondents, Males, Females, and Respondents with an income of $45,000 or more.

3 MAIN DIFFERENCES VS COMPETITION  Larger pecan pieces in the filling, to provide a crunchier taste.  Topping has more whole pecans, but less sugary glaze, for a true pecan/less sweet flavor.  Pie crust that is flavored with vanilla, as opposed to a traditional dough flavored pie crust.
