3. MAIN DIFFERENCES VS COMPETITION  Larger pecan pieces in the filling, to provide a crunchier taste.  Topping has more whole pecans, but less sugary glaze, for a true pecan/less sweet flavor.  Pie crust that is flavored with vanilla, as opposed to a traditional dough flavored pie crust.
