4  Jesus alone had the power to forgive sins: Jn. 1:29; Matt. 20:28; Lk. 5:17-24; 24:46-48; 1 Jn. 2:2; 1 Pet. 2:24  Sinners can go to Him and find forgiveness: Rom. 3:23; Jn. 6:35; Matt. 1:21; Acts 2:36-39, 40-41, 47; Eph. 5:23; Col. 1:19-23  If not this sacrifice and this Savior, to whom shall we go? 4 Lord, to whom shall we go?

5  Jesus teaches us how to defeat Satan: Matt. 4:1-11  Satan uses the same avenues today! 1 Jn. 2:15-17  God’s great promise: 1 Cor. 10:13  God’s great power: 2 Pet. 2:9  If Jesus Christ is not the answer to Satan and temptation, to whom shall we go? 5 Lord, to whom shall we go?

6  Jesus is our strength when Satan buffets: 2 Cor. 12:7-10  That’s worth celebrating! Jas. 1:2-4  God through Christ equips us to help each other: 2 Cor. 1:3-5; Gal. 6:2; 1 Pet. 5:7; Rom. 5:8; Heb. 2:14-18; 4:15-16  If Christ cannot help us, to whom shall we go? 6 Lord, to whom shall we go?

7  Jesus as Savior leads us through His Word: Jn. 6:63, 68; Rom. 1:16-17  “God has made this Jesus…both Lord and Christ”: Acts 2:36; Rom. 1:4; Matt. 28:18  His Word will judge us: Jn. 12:48; 1 Pet. 4:11  Yet men violate His authority, change His word: Matt. 23:9; 1 Tim. 3:2-5; Titus 1:6; Matt. 8:14; 1 Pet. 5:2  To whom shall we go to solve religious division, confusion and anarchy? 7 Lord, to whom shall we go? 8  Jesus alone teaches true worship: Jn. 4:19-26  Lord’s Supper every Sunday: Acts 20:7  Collection every Sunday: 1 Cor. 16:2  Teaching/preaching the Word: Acts 2:42  Prayer: Acts 2:42  Singing: Col. 3:16  All worship not given by Christ and His word is false!  If we do not submit to Christ’s teaching, to whom shall we go? 8 Lord, to whom shall we go?

9  Jesus has power over death!  Proved it with Lazarus: Jn. 11:43-44, 25  Proved it with Himself: Jn. 10:17-18  He has the power over all the dead: Jn. 5:28-29  Who like Jesus has power over death?  To whom shall we go when we face death? 9 Lord, to whom shall we go?

10  If we don’t “believe” in Him we are destined for hell! Jn. 8:23-24  If we “believe” in Him, He leads us to heaven! Jn. 14:1-6  If we reject Christ who will lead us to heaven? 10 Lord, to whom shall we go?

11  “Lord, to whom shall we go?”  Jesus alone answers our deepest needs: 11  For forgiveness of our sins,  To resist temptation and sin,  For comfort and strength in the trials of life,  For authority in religion,  For acceptable worship,  To face death,  To escape hell and have a home in heaven. To whom will you go?!
