2 1. What is MY goal?  Is my goal something I want to accomplish?  Is my goal specific enough to measure progress?

3 Write down three reasons why I want to accomplish this goal or how achieving the goal will improve or enhance your life. 2. WHAT IS MY MOTIVATION?  Why do I want to achieve or accomplish my goal?  How will I benefit from accomplishing my goal? REWARDS

4 3. How will I reach my goal – how will I do it? Come up with at least 3 steps that you can take to achieve your goal. What steps do I need to take? Are the steps specific and measurable?

5 Write down three things that you know could trip you up, slow you down, or distract you from reaching your goal. 4. WHAT CAN TRIP ME UP?

7  Figure out a starting date.  When would you like to have your goal accomplished?  What are at least 2 benchmark dates – what progress should you have made by what date? 6. WHEN WILL I START?
