10. ROAD TEST OFF- ROAD TEST AREA OR ON A PUBLIC ROAD COURSE MAKE CERTAIN YOU UNDERSTAND THE RULES OF THE ROAD AND CAN DRIVE SAFELY IF YOU FAIL THE ROAD TEST – YOU MUST WAIT 2 WEEKS BEFORE TAKING THE TEST AGAIN
