2 Upcoming Assessment Project & Plans (15 mins) How well questions are answered by: Librarians on patron campus By other UC Librarians Librarians in the academic queue What else will the assessment tell us? How well our policy pages are written (AA Priority Project) Where training is needed (AA Priority Project) Logistics 3 month assessment, starting Winter Quarter AA will be working with an intern Outline Devise Rubric Run assessment Evaluate assessment Share results Potentially publish results Thoughts, comments, suggestions?

5 Listserv Email Discussion (5-10 mins) Are there too many duplicate QuestionPoint e-mails being sent out? AA forwarding most QP e-mails to the Team. Some exceptions. How is this working out for everyone? Should I continue with this practice? Should I go back to forwarding all e-mails to the UC wide listserv? Comments, suggestions?

6 Winter Quarter Schedule (3-5 mins) Intersession schedule Winter schedule finalized soon

7 Follow-up response turnaround time (3-5 mins) When chat session marked as follow-up what is standard turnaround time to reply by e-mail? 24 hrs? Instructions on wiki site under “Monitoring System-wide Melvyl Account” state, “Questions marked for followup. Respond to or transfer questions same or next day (Monday if questions come in over the weekend).”
