ClusterPoliSEE Strategic Project - 1° SC Meeting Ancona, 17-18 September 2012 MOTIVATION FOR JOINING CLUSTERPOLISEE PROJECT Partner n. 11: RDA North-East Valorize planning experience accumulated with RDP North-East for 2000- 2003, 2002-2005, 2004-2006 and 2007-2013, its key role in planning and programming for 2014-2020 Valorize program management experience accumulated within PHARE ESC and PHARE CBC, RIS 2006-2008 and ROP 2007-2013(IB) To put in practice the Union for Innovation strategic partnership activated in 2011 (PP-ANCS and ASP-MECMA from RO included too) To set the framework for a decentralized cluster policy in Romania (first financing programs launched only in 2012) To valorize project management experience accumulated within INTERREG IVC – fast track project Cradle to Cradle Network, INNOLINK Project, SEE – ASVILOC PLUS and EFFECT projects as well as FP6 – DISCOVER North- East dedicated to the development of the regional innovation system
