What is EMC 2 ? EMC 2 is a support action to establish a Centre of Excellence in Media Computing and Communication (MC 2 ). EMC 2 provides a framework to bridge the gap between industrial players and academic research groups. EMC 2 aims at providing educational services for entrepreneurship EMC 2 facilitates the persistence and lasting impact of related EU funded projects.
