Decision Making Makes decisions even when solutions may produce unpleasant consequences. Supports decisions others make on their own. Obtains relevant information and diverse opinions before making a decision. Describes the impact and implications of decisions.

Integrity and Honesty Acts according to the highest ethical standards. Operates with truthfulness whether delivering good news or bad. Actions match words.
