D&I Maintenance Mode “This is really no big deal; I have the information they want”. “We are doing most of the things being talked about already”. “We have talked about D&I a great deal in the past; and then we go back to work”. “The quarterly report is no big deal”. D&I Opportunity Mode “Would the behaviors and effectiveness of my team change if we have more diverse backgrounds and skills”? “I know that fixing problems my people keep telling me will help our business”. “I can feel the energy when people know they are able to contribute”.
