Trust Subject Leads A team of centrally contracted staff monitor and report on quality of provision and progress of students at key data points. It is also their responsibility to ensure development and support is offered through termly meetings. Within the Trust, subject leads have led on the development of resources and planning for implementation of new specifications; quality of assessment and moderation is a key focus for them.
