8. In the four weeks before Christmas we prepare Christmas trees and nativity scenes. We often decorate our houses whit garlands and small colorful characters in ceramic or in clay.

9. Christmas in our heart We love Christmas as for us it’s happiness, peace and love. We usually celebrate Christmas with our families in our houses. People often play cards games like poker, briscola, bestia and 31. Then, we eat Sicilian Christmas food and we taken so long to eat these. At the end of the feast, we exchanges many gifts. An adult dresses up as Santa Claus to give gifts to children

10. We love decorate our houses, especially our tables. We decorate these with placemark, candles and chocolates. Our tables are full of appetizers, pastas, fruits and sweets.

12. We usually make lots of presents on Christmas Day. We give sweets, dresses, books, toys and many household utensils.The children love gifts, they look forward to the night of 24° December.
