Introduction This application is used to build dynamic and engaging forms of different type like surveys, polls, ratings etc… It provides professional and casual users with a way to ask website visitors and customers’ direct questions complete with customizable interfaces and response stats. 16. 1. Build Your Form 1. Create form: user can create a new form or select the existing project from the list. Following options will be provided: 1. Build from scratch 2. Copy existing (drop down having existing forms ) 3. Use template (categorized predefined forms )

Section can exceed from one page. Thank you page : Responses are marked as complete when they reach this page. Add thank you text in the end of the form.
