REGISTRATION Create a personal profile on the platform Offer information about yourself: Describe yourself Upload your picture Area of specialisation Contact information Products and services you offer Upload your files for others to view Enables you to connect and communicate with each other

People can describe themselves People can describe the products /services they offer The opportunities, groups & organisations on the platform which they are involved in Show Q&A which they have contributed to Upload their picture Send & receive emails to/ from other members Offer their contacts details

P ROBLEM SOLVING Post a question or solution related to any of the different categories by web or SMS Receive responses through email and SMS notifications from a wide range of actors Follow a thread of responses to a question of interest to you

People can post requests for information by SMS or web ("Who Knows") Question is posted on the web & also sent by SMS & web to registered “Answerers” Questions can be categorized by different broad fields & topics All responses are stored on the platform & over time a permanent searchable problem solving knowledge base

Other people who want to know the answer can indicate their interest & receive responses Different people can respond to a question & their responses are posted on the platform & also sent by SMS Responses can be made directly on the web or sent to the platform by SMS
