9 Feedback from the P OPULATION WG  Data Collection requirements of reg. 1260/2013 & 862/2007  New data collection workflow (not earlier than Dec 2016)  Csv  Provision for remote validation by countries and automatic rejection (based on commonly agreed rules)  MSs will be informed in advance.  Should land area data be provided with demography data?  Options of status quo and new automated methodology based on satellite photos discussed (with spatial stat unit).  Consultation of the countries (mixed responses) forwarded to spatial stat unit for their WG consideration. 9 9
