Overcoming the Fear EVERYBODY can learn by doing You can’t break the internet.... Email has a few problems.... – Privacy – Accidental Exclusion – Once it leaves you can’t change it or get it back Online tools save time – Fewer meetings/ phone calls/ interruptions

Why Get Online? Sharing information well can lead to good partnerships Good partnerships lead to increased opportunities for the people we support Information sharing can help keep you and the people we support “in the loop”

What is it for? In considering an online tool it is important to understand WHY you are using it And WHAT you want to share Different online tools do different jobs Matching the right tool to the job will help people to use the tool (Tools don’t work unless people use them!)
