1.Prepare for your Interview (You can use the “Interview Form”) 2.Divide in teams or pairs and define who is going to start the interview. 3.Interview your partner for 5 min then switch. Remember: Encourage stories Have questions as a reference not as a check list. Write down what is said and what is not. Listen carefully. 4.Write your Insights. You can use the POV (Point of View) formula [USER] needs to [USER’S NEED] because [SURPRISING INSIGHT] 5.Find patterns and group your insights.
