16 A married couple want to have a baby but the wife is infertile. The couple arranges with a surrogate mother to have a baby.

17 The surrogate mother is artificially inseminated with a sperm donor

18 When the surrogate mother gives birth to the child, she decides that she wants to keep the child. She claims that the child’s biological father is not the sperm donor, but her own husband.
