2 Ryan’s Story Ryan was a victim of bullying throughout middle school. To avoid this bullying, in 7 th grade he switched schools Over the summer he had an online relationship with a girl he liked When school came he approached the girl thinking they were in a relationship She humiliated him in front of the class Later that night he took his own life Ryan Patrick Halligan

6 Statistics Cyber bullying 7% of adult Internet users in Canada, have been a victim of cyber-bullying at some point in their lives 1 in 5 Canadian Teens have witnessed online Bullying 51% of all teens have had negative experience with social networking.
