I. Attend. Command not to forsake (Heb. 10:19-27). Our Presence encourages—Our absence discourages (Heb. 10:24f). It encourages us. It encourages others. If one regularly misses –all could! If one is gone often–all could!

II. Consider One Another Hebrews 10:24 – Meaning: To think about, regard, be thoughtful of, look at closely, turn over in mind, observe fully. Reason: To promote love and good works!

II. Consider One Another. Wear other’s shoes for while. –Matt. 7:12 –Phil. 2:4 Try to understand one another. –Give the benefit of doubt. –There are many differences in people (1 Cor. 12:12).

III. Contribute. It is a command (1 Cor. 16:1-2). It is an act of worship (Phil. 4:18). How a local church functions. Can I withhold contribution because I disagree with something? Can I have “partial membership”?

“Therefore let us pursue the things which make for peace and the things by which one may edify another.” Romans 14:19

IV. Work Toward Peace and Unity. Learn to work together (1 Cor. 12:12-27). Communicate. –It is essential to any relationship. –We can solve problems by communication. Forbear with one another (Col. 3:12-14). We can’t be stubborn or self willed. –Matt. 7:12; Titus 1:7; 3 John 9. –Don’t refuse to yield, but listen and work things out.

V. Be Kind and Friendly. It is a command (Eph. 4:31-32). It is what I must be—not just because others are that way to me! It is part of love (1 Cor. 13:4). Prov. 18:24 Greet one another (Rom. 16:16; 2 Cor. 13:12). In what I say to and about others (Col. 4:6).
