Institutions mentioned under § 18, paragraph 1, letter a) are provided with these data free of charge, while other clients for the price fixed by price regulations.  §18 - Parliament, the President of the Republic, the Cabinet, the Supreme Control Office, the Ministries and other administrative authorities, the courts of law, the Czech National Bank, the Security Information Service, the State Agricultural Intervention Fund and the territorial governments

The Czech Statistical Office provides them to a Ministry performing the State Statistical Service and to another government institution or territorial government, if this authority is entitled to acquire the requested data by a special Act and if it is not data acquired for statistical purposes.  Data on local units are public
