Extended Practice: Target 5- Bridges
Materials: Target 5 Record Sheet and Die Roll die five times to create the 5-digit target number. Each time you roll, write the digit left to right at the top of the record sheet. Students will roll the die five more times and write the digit the die lands on each time in the column “digits we rolled.” After collecting all five digits, rearranged the five digits to form a number that is closest to the 5-digit target number. After your team has finished the first round, compare your numbers with another team to determine which team created a number closest to the target number.
