3 SATs Standard Attainment Tasks are carried out to support the teachers assessment

4 We assess Speaking and listening Reading Writing Mathematics Science

5 National average is a 2b The range is between W for working towards 1c, 1b, 1a then 2c, 2b, 2a the highest KS 1 children can get in the results is 3b

6 We keep the process for the children very informal, we do not talk about ‘SATs’ You are informed at the end of the year about the outcomes
