3. Hopping Away Hunger & Hopping FOR Hygiene! DONATIONS ARE DUE! Bring to Mrs. Phillips office this week if you didn’t bring today! Thanks for those that have brought them in already! There is still time – you could still do it this weekend and bring items next week! Sorting/organizing will take place Tuesday April 21 after school. Sign up if you are interested & watch for an email with details. Sorting shifts will count for hours towards lettering too! Turn in your Volunteer sheets with hours spent collecting donations!

4. Opportunities Feed My Starving Children Saturday April 18 – 9-11am, 11:30-1:30pm and/or 2-4pm Hopping Away Hunger & For Hygiene Sorting/Organizing Tuesday April 21 – 2:30-4:30 Student in Action of the Month - Two more this year Nominate a peer for Student in Action of the month! Give a nomination form to an organization you have served. April nominations due 4/17

5. National Volunteer Week & Global Youth Service Day National Volunteer Week is next week – April 12-18 – Thank you gifts for all students that have done Youth Service this year. Get your early today! – Special for member of We Act – if you have not already received a Youth Service t-shirt and you have done at least 20 youth service hours this year, stop by my office next week to receive a t-shirt! Global Youth Service Day – April 17-19 -Challenge: Do at least one youth service project next week. – FMSC is April 18 th !

6. Students in Action Are you interested in helping to plan & lead youth service projects for the service clubs next year? Are you interested in being part of the Students in Action? All are welcome! Come to the Spring Competition to cheer on our team and see what other schools are doing with service! Take handout & Sign up!
