They work with organisations and individuals to improve leadership abilities, develop and enhance Human Resources strategic thinking, provide advice and support for career moves or development and increase confidence and motivation. We work one on one with individuals and provide a supportive and confidential environment. You may just want a simple health check from an unbiased third party, a comprehensive full audit or a due diligence for an acquisition or a merger. We can provide all of these services. Our team of qualified and experienced HR and learning consultants can conduct simple desk top audits or very detailed in depth interview, desk top and focus group audits. We provide a detailed report which will cover areas of compliance, high performance, non compliance areas and provide you with our key recommendations and our observations for you to consider or in the case of a RTO audit the areas to be immediately addressed. Our reporting is very simple and we provide an executive summary in traffic light format so you can use this to communicate to your organisations. We can also provide our services or coaching support in order to implement the changes or work with your internal people on a change plan. OUR FOUNDER JEANNETTE LANG Strategist and People leadership expert Jeannette has over 20 years’ experience in senior management and executive positions across the full spectrum of people management in the workplace including Human Resources, Organisational Development, Change Management, Learning and Employee Relations. Jeannette has worked both nationally and internationally across 14 industries and is an accredited business coach (Neuro science) and counsellor. She was a Commissioner for the State of Victoria, Australia, in Skills and Education and currently chairs Sustainability Victoria’s people and culture group. Jeannette has been involved in over 65 company start ups, over 200 transition projects, joint venture set ups and mergers and acquisitions over her career. She is an accredited practitioner of a number of assessment tools including DISC, Prosci change, and the Business Acumen Gauge as well as being a certified trainer and Assessor. Jeannette is commercially astute and understands the drivers of business. Jeannette and her team are passionate about ensuring business success through behavioural change and believe that all people interventions should be directly linked to business strategy and measured.
