2. To Find the Cancer Staging Tool, click on “Go To” and then chose “Cancer Staging”

3. Initially it will say “No records exist for the patient”. Select “New”

4. Select the type of cancer from the list

5. Once the “Cancer” has been selected, physician can chose appropriate Diagnosis Code

6. Next, begin making your choices for the tumor, metastasis and nodes. As each choice is made, it will be noted in the “Selection” field.

7. After you have made your selections, click on “Calculate” and the “Stage” will appear.

8. The right side of the screen contains additional fields for noting relapse, the number of nodes assessed and the number positive, and assessment type. Then simply click “Save”

9. Cancer Staging Once completed, this information will be available across all visits. Just click on “Go To” and “Cancer Staging” and you will see what has been completed. Patients can have multiple Cancer Staging forms, if needed.
