Needs Assessment… ► Four steps in conducting a needs assessment: “Gap” analysis – ► Determine the current skills, knowledge, and abilities of your subjects – These lessons provide an introduction to Algebra. ► What is needed for personal and professional success? –Knowledge and skills for problem solving and analytical thinking. Priorities and importance – ► Cost effective - Online training is available almost anywhere. The product is reasonably priced. ► Legalities and safety factors - Adhere to copyright laws and must teach netiquette etiquette. Lifetime license. ► Skilled educators - Minimum requirement suggested would be a Bachelor's degree. ► Meeting expectations - This is intended to prepare learners for the next phase of Algebra and other analytical skills.
