WWhat 're your interprets about growing your cell body with different characteristics than your parents ?

Understand what the meaning of cell division. Compare between mitoses and meioses. Knowing the importance of each type of division.
11
1- Identify the meaning of cell division. 2- Drawing the phases of each type of division. 3- Compare between mitoses and meioses. 4- Thanks Allah for Gift of life.
13
The leader of first group is Ahmed The students Shared with each other to collect Information about cell division from Science books.
14
The cell division is two types 1- mitotic division 2- meiotic division
15
1- Somatic cells In all body cells except reproductive cells Ex : cells of ( liver – skin ………….) 2- reproductive cells In reproductive systems Ex : Testis – ovary cells
16
The nucleus Because that contain genetic materials
17
General structure of chromosome
18
Two connected threads, each thread Called a chromatid The two chromatids connected at point known as Centromere
19
The leader of second group is Ghada The students Shared with each other to collect Image about mitotic & meiotic division from internet.
21
The leader of third group is Arwa The students Shared with each other to download Videos about mitotic & meiotic division from internet.
24
The leader of fourth is Mohamed The students Shared with each other to Make presentation by power point about the unit.
26
The cell division is two types 1- mitotic division 2- meiotic division
27
1- Somatic cells In all body cells except reproductive cells Ex : cells of ( liver – skin ………….) 2- reproductive cells In reproductive systems Ex : Testis – ovary cells
28
The nucleus Because that contain genetic materials
29
General structure of chromosome
30
Two connected threads, each thread Called a chromatid The two chromatids connected at point known as Centromere
39
The chromosomes connected with spindle fibers are arranged along the cell equator.
48
1- First meiotic division. consists of 4 phases it produces two cells contain half the numbers of chromosomes. 2- Second meiotic division. consists of 4 phases it produces four cells contain half the numbers of chromosomes.
49
Prophase Ī Metaphase Ī Anaphase Ī Telophase Ī
52
*The spindle fibers shrink, so every two homologous chromosomes move away from each other. *Each two chromosomes migrates to the cell pole, each pole contain half the number of chromosomes of the parent cell.
53
*The spindle fibers disappear. *A nuclear membrane is formed around the Chromosomes at each cell’s pole. *Each nucleus contains half the original number of chromosomes.

1 - W h a t t h e t y p e s o f c e l l b o d y ?
58
2- What the meant by mitotic division _ meiotic division
59
3- Compare between mitoses and meioses ?
60
* Put ( √ ) or (X ) in front of the following : - The mitosis occurs in reproductive cells. ( ) - The cytoplasm is responsible for cell division. ( ) - - The meiosis is named reduction division. ( )
61
*Correct the under line word : - In the anaphase, chromosomes arranged at the middle of the cell. -Crossing over phenomenon occurs in the anaphase of first meiosis. -DNA is duplicated through prophase.
62
* Complete the following sentence : - The chromosome consists of.............connected together at point Known as................... -................division increase the number of somatic cells. -In plats, male gametes are called...........while female gametes are called..........
63
*Choose the correct answer : - The chemical structure of the chromosome is....... a. DNA b. protein c. carbohydrate d. a&b - Spindle fibers appear during cell division in the......... a. anaphase b. metaphase c. prophase d. telophase - The tetrad consists of..............chromosomes. a. 2 b. 4 c. 6 d.8
