2. Reality Town Checklist 6. Enter your Occupation based on your GPA & Minimum yrs. Of required education 7. Divide your Gross (Yearly) Salary by 12 to get your Monthly Salary. Enter your Monthly Salary (pre-tax). 8. Multiply your Monthly Salary by 20% (0.20) to get the Income Tax paid. 9. Subtract your Income Tax (line 8) from your Monthly Salary (line 7) to get your Net Salary. 1. Multiply your Net Salary (line 9) by 10% (0.10) to get the amount you will transfer to Savings. Write this in the Bank (line 1).

3. Transaction Register Line 1: In the Transaction Column, write “Initial Deposit.” In the Deposit column, write in your Net Salary from the Reality Town Checklist. This should also be your beginning account balance.
