Summary Greg and Rowley have officially been ex- friends for about a month now, and he thinks he is better off without Rowley. Lately Greg through Rodrick's stuff in Rodrick‘s room, and he found one of Rodrick's middle school yearbooks. Greg wanted to thank Rodrick for making church a lot more interesting because Rodrick wrote on everybody's picture in his yearbook, and every once in a while Greg could meet Rodrick's middle school friends.
3
But Greg thinks the most interesting is the Class Favorites page because if you can get yourself voted onto the Class Favorites page, you're practically an immortal. So Greg thought maybe he should wear really nice clothes for the rest of the year then he can get Best Dressed.
4
Greg thinks he should elect for Class Clown when he was lying in bed. Greg wanted to pull off one big prank right before voting, then he could be the Class Clown. Greg thinks he can go to sneak a thumbtack onto Mr. Worth's chair in History when he said they're going to have a substitute that made Greg rethink his plan. Greg walked into his History class, and he was ready to execute his plan. But when he got to the door, his mom was the History substitute today.
5
Greg thinks his mom totally foiled his plan to win Class Clown. Greg quit his job as school cartoonist after "Creighton the Curious Student" came out, and he didn‘t really care who they picked to replace him. But Greg heard everyone was laughing at the comics page at lunch, so he picked up a copy to see what was so funny. And when Greg opened it up, he couldn‘t believe his eyes because it was "Zoo-Wee Mama" Rowley's
