Progression  Transforming Lives model will look at people’s strengths – what they can do, rather than focusing on what they can’t do.  We will work with individuals to set them goals that are important to them and will be encouraging them to progress and to achieve those goals.  Progressive Support plans are key to achieving this

13. Innovation Sites  Work is being undertaken to develop the model  ‘Innovation Sites’ in Physical Disability and The East Cambridgeshire Learning Disability Partnership are underway  Testing the key elements of the model and helping to develop the tools required for wider implementation
