Group Development: Constitution Article Description I. All team members shall cooperate fully and maintain a positive disposition. II. All team members shall complete their fair share of work in a timely manner. III. All team members shall complete their work according to the decisions the team has previously agreed on. If a members wishes to make a change, he/she must inform/get approval from the team. IV. All team members shall both listen to and contribute thoughts/ideas. V. All team members shall treat each other with respect. VI. All team members shall work diligently in class and not waste time by loosing focus. VII. If any member is uncertain about something, he/she shall ask for clarification, which the team will give without complaint or hesitation. VIII. All team members shall act mature. (Jonathan!!!!!!) IX.
