System Description המעבדה למערכות ספרתיות מהירות High speed digital systems laboratory 6 The fax interface with a unique component – the ProSLIC, which emulates phone line. The ProSLIC is being controlled by external PC and interfaces to the DSP. The DSP runs the state machine, making the local fax “think” there is another fax. The PC connected to the DSP emulates the inter-working function, receiving and transmitting the fax data.
