Regional Lead and Regional Roundtable Analyze Impact of all current initiatives underway in each LEA in the region Analyze Trends and common needs across each region Facilitate and Coordinate technical assistance provided for the districts and schools (extra focus on RttT and Title I) Monitor Progress to achieve priority objectives Interface with Agency Roundtable to ensure effective lines of communication between the field and the agency. 3

Analyze current initiatives being provided to the regions by the agency, including support for Race to the Top. Identify gaps and redundancies. Monitor progress for achieving priority objectives. 5
