At station ‘B’ – South (take into account everyone’s feelings)
At station ‘C’ – East (look at the big picture)
At station ‘D’ – West (pay attention to details)

4. Set Norms End with an activity
Set objective at beginning of each meeting
Set next meeting date
Have an open forum where members can present new ideas
Quick lesson on environment (issues, stats, etc.)
