Edward Finlayson SLC4 Differentiating the SCR from the CJSWR CJSWR is for the Court and will inform sentencing decisions SCR is for RMO + MWC and will inform care and treatment planning

Edward Finlayson SLC5 Differentiating the SCR from the CJSWR SCR informs mental health assessment and need for compulsory powers CJSWR generally follows finding of guilt SCR is drafted independently of plea or attitude to offence.

Edward Finlayson SLC6 Criminal Procedures MHO REPORT – 57C Provide criminal courts with a MHO report. MHO must: Interview person and carer Describe personal circumstances Provide any other relevant information (Including proposed plan of care)
