ESS.VIP – ESBRs Challenges –Not being able to compare data with the EGR data (turnover, employment) for the proposed Groups for profiling (so the tasks were done starting from scratch - analysing the A/R, investigating the web pages etc –Communication with internal users on how to use consolidated instead of the currently used data (non consolidated for LEUs) and effects of profiling –Lengthy communication with the Group for intensive case –Insufficiently developed methodology in the beginning of the Project (for example: differences in the interpretation of the branches and representative offices) –Lack of staff dealing with EGR and profiling PGSC: 15 – 16 October 2015 Page 14
