You may also attach the info as a file e.g. timetable of the sessions. Sarala will create a template for students to sign up. The information asked of the students will be Student Name Student Number Contact number Email Course Level Session If you need any more parameters, please indicate in the “Description Section”

11 2.How to create and monitor event which requires sign-ups Step 2 – Sarala will upload the event and create a template for students to sign up Allow for at least one week for her to do this Step 3 – Edit and Open the Event Only the person who submitted the event request to Sarala has right to edit So if you wish to allow more people to edit – please let Sarala know Click “Staff” Click “List of Activities” Log in to the Student Portal
