MONTHLY TICKET More than 3 journeys per week Costs 360 DKK for 1 month (2 zones) First time visit a DSB office, for example at the airport or at the main train station All the next monthly tickets can be bought either at the DSB offices or from the automatic machines at the S-train and Metro stations

CONCLUSION My personal preference: bicycle for “good” AND Rejsekort for bad weather Monthly ticket: for cold winter or/and if you live very far away

OTHER WAYS OF SAVING MONEY Just my opinion (note: I come from Slovenia <3) Buy more valuable items when you travel outside Denmark Ask family or friends to send you things to Denmark from your home country (unless you’re Swiss or Norwegian) Buy original alcohol and tobacco at the airport Buy furniture and other second-hand stuff at the flea markets Print pdf books for free in the library or buy them from the other students You can always do free activities like running, meeting people, take selfies with the little mermaid, and so on
