What is the University System of Ohio Talent Development Network (USO TDN)? A state-wide workforce development system facilitated through Adult Career Centers and Public Two-Year Colleges that utilizes a variety of “Best In Class” National and International vendors to provide top notch talent development services to employers and individuals, at an affordable price.

In Progress Formation of USO TDN Advisory Committee Application currently being developed Two year term Guidelines set by Ohio Board of Regents (OBR) Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) 8 member committee 4 from two-year campuses At least one from a university regional campus 4 from Adult Career Centers At least one from a compact or comprehensive school district One rep. from two-year campus and one rep. from Adult Career Center will serve as co-chairs National Association of Manufactures (NAM) - Endorsed Skills Certification “Deep Dive” Initiative at LCCC – Identified 5 different groups as potential participants in NCRC pilot After pilot, state-wide rollout
