2 The objective of the course is to provide the student with an understanding of the basics – Managing an industrial company – Different functions of an industrial company – Different areas of industrial management and the central terms and methods To set the ground and boost appetite for further studies in the field! 3 The English version is a self-study course The course material consists of: – chapters in four books (listed on course home page, available in TUAS-library) – Exercise session slides and exercises that will be published on the course home page Schedule

6 The English exams are arranged on the same dates as the Finnish one whenever there are students enrolled. Next possibilities: – Saturday on 17.04.2010 at 10.00-13.00 – Thursday on 20.05.2010 at 09.00-12.00 Schedule
