6 Project Rationale I choose these capstone project to share a good eating habit and talk how is it, beneficial to young students. Little Chef

12 Action Plan STEP 1: Ask or call teacher or the office if this activity can be done. Step 2: Talk to the nurse if any of the students have food allergies. STEP 3: Create a simple yet easy to make menu for the children to do. Little Chef

13 Action Plan STEP 5: Ask for donation for the ingredients and supplies (store, house, etc...) STEP 4: Start a fund raising activity which the student can help out too (recycling fund). An easy and practical fund raising to help buy ingredient. STEP 6: Ask other students, parents, staffs and teachers, school, and other places to help out with the fund raising activity Little Chef

14 Action Plan STEP 7: Make a handouts (w/ the help of the students) for volunteers or donation. STEP 8: Find a place to cook and do the activity. STEP 9: Give the students the menu, notes for parents to sign in (safety rule, purpose, activity) Little Chef

15 Action Plan STEP 10: Buy the ingredients and tools needed for the project. Step 11: Clean the cooking facility (if needed), ask volunteer to organize the place and preparation of the materials. Step 12: Start Cooking!!! Little Chef

19 Overall Intention For Project I hope these will help young student realize they don’t need to bug their parents to cook for them if there are easy to make food. Little Chef

20 Overall Intention For Project I hope other people will give young student a chance of giving them their trust even in the kitchen. Lastly, to help children learn how to cook and the differences of food. Little Chef
